Clemson Little Theatre

As the parent/guardian of the above-named youth participant, I agree to the following:

• My child will attend all scheduled rehearsals, tech rehearsals, and performances unless excused by the Director or Stage Manager
• My child will be on time for all scheduled calls
• My child will follow all safety protocols and guidelines established by CLT
• My child will treat all cast, crew, staff, and volunteers with respect and professionalism
• My child will take care of all costumes, props, and theatre property
• I will notify the Director or Stage Manager immediately if my child is unable to attend a scheduled call
• I understand that theatre activities involve some inherent risks

I understand that:

• I am responsible for transportation to and from all rehearsals and performances
• My child must be picked up promptly at the end of each rehearsal or performance
• Adult supervision is required for all youth participants at all times
• Failure to comply with this agreement may result in removal from the production
• CLT is not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during participation

I grant Clemson Little Theatre permission to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of my child taken during rehearsals, performances, and related activities for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. This includes:

• Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Website content and promotional materials
• Print advertising and press releases
• Video recordings for archival purposes

I understand that my child will not receive compensation for the use of these materials.
